Refunds and Returns: We will provide a refund or exchange in the following situations: Not Received Product: If you are willing to wait, we will provide a full refund or a free reshipment. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 90 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team with clear photos or videos of the issue for review.

Once the defect has been verified, we will provide one complimentary replacement of the same item or an equivalent product at no additional cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, each order is eligible for one replacement claim only. Claims submitted after the 90-day warranty period or repeated claims for the same purchase cannot be accepted.
