Order Cancellation: Within 12 Hours of Purchase (Before Shipment): You can cancel your order and receive a full refund without any additional fees.

After 12 Hours (Before Shipment): You can still cancel your order, but a 10% handling fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the product (see below for details).

Refunds and Returns: We will provide a refund or exchange in the following situations: Not Received Product: If you are willing to wait, we will provide a full refund or a free reshipment. Received the Wrong Product: Please send us photos of the product you received. We will provide a refund or a free reshipment. Damaged or Defective Product: If the damage is due to shipping, please file a claim with the carrier—our customer service team will assist you. In case of a manufacturing defect, please send us photos or videos, and we will process a refund or a free replacement.

Right to Return: Under South African law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right to return the item. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 90 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team with clear photos or videos of the issue for review.

Once the defect has been verified, we will provide one complimentary replacement of the same item or an equivalent product at no additional cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, each order is eligible for one replacement claim only. Claims submitted after the 90-day warranty period or repeated claims for the same purchase cannot be accepted.
