Shipping & Delivery Policy
We provide standard delivery and plain, discreet packaging with secure tracking identifiers on all orders. Once your consignment has been dispatched, an automated notification containing your unique tracking number will be transmitted directly to your registered inbox.
Please carefully review the comprehensive details below outlining our logistical timelines, operational destinations, and regulatory compliance policies.
Section 1: Processing & Delivery Timelines
All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our international manufacturing facilities. Estimated handling and transit durations are defined below:
| Shipping Method | Estimated Delivery Window | Shipping Rate |
| Free Shipping (Direct Overseas Factory) | 10 – 15 Business Days | R 0.00 (Complimentary) |
| Express Shipping (Direct Overseas Factory) | 6 – 8 Business Days | R 499.00 |
Regulatory Notice Concerning Customs & Import Procedures:
All international transit windows provided above serve as standard courier baseline estimates and do not constitute contractually guaranteed arrival windows. Delays resulting from statutory customs clearance protocols or localized carrier disruptions are beyond our operational control. Any applicable statutory customs duties, import tariffs, clearing agent documentation fees, or localized consumption taxes assessed by border authorities are the exclusive liability of the importer/recipient.
Section 2: Consignment Tracking Mechanisms
We partner with certified global and domestic logistics integrators to guarantee continuous visibility. Dispatches are routed via primary networks including, but not limited to, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and localized postal networks.
-
Upon physical handover to the carrier, a transactional communication detailing your routing code and a tracking link will be generated.
-
Recipients assume full responsibility for monitoring transit status and, where necessary, engaging the courier service provider directly to finalize specific final-mile delivery arrangements.
Section 3: Standardized Discreet Packaging Protocols
To preserve absolute operational privacy, strict physical security and neutral visual formatting are enforced on all outer packaging elements:
-
All orders are enclosed within completely plain, industrial-grade unbranded carton boxes or durable opaque polymer mailers.
-
No logos, commercial identifiers, trademarks, or descriptions revealing product category are visible externally. The return address label displays an altered, non-descript entity name to ensure absolute confidentiality.
-
International Customs Inspection Notice: Border control, tax inspectors, and authorized clearing agents reserve the legal right to open external consignments for mandatory security compliance and tariff valuation checks. These actions represent standard administrative procedures and are executed carefully to avoid causing structural damage to the enclosed merchandise.
Section 4: Authorized Geographic Destinations & Sanctioned Regions
While we facilitate delivery across extensive international zones, statutory prohibitions and cross-border import restrictions regarding specific product classifications prevent fulfillment to select jurisdictions. We strictly maintain a non-shipping policy to the following destinations:
-
Islamic Jurisdictions / Nations
-
India
-
Indonesia
-
Philippines
Any order submitted containing a destination address within a restricted zone will be flagged, systematically canceled, and fully refunded within standard banking cycles.
Section 5: Transit Disruption, Nondelivery, & Consignment Damage
Unfulfilled Delivery Windows
If a tracking profile fails to display updating events for an extended period, or if the estimated transit window expires without physical arrival, please immediately initiate an inquiry with our support infrastructure via support@blackdildo.com. We will open a formal transit tracer with the underwriting carrier and coordinate a complimentary replacement dispatch if a definitive transit loss is confirmed.
Carrier-Induced Damage
If a consignment exhibits clear signs of physical tampering, structural puncture, or fluid exposure upon delivery by the courier:
-
Lodge an immediate, formal physical damage complaint directly with the courier's delivery agent prior to signing for receipt, or file a dispute with the local carrier hub within 24 hours.
-
Document the non-compliant condition by capturing clear, high-resolution photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, and internal merchandise condition.
-
Transmit these assets to our support center to facilitate the activation of carrier insurance protocols and the execution of corrective product replacement.
Section 6: Non-Compliant or Factory-Defective Product Delivery
In the rare event that the delivered product does not match the specific item code on your order invoice, or if it has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support department within 48 hours of physical receipt. You must provide your unique order number along with clear photograph or video documentation proving the variance or malfunction. Verified claims will result in immediate dispatch of a correct product replacement at no cost to the buyer.
