Damaged or Defective Product: If the damage is due to shipping, please file a claim with the carrier—our customer service team will assist you. Right to Return: Under South African law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right to return the item. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 90 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team with clear photos or videos of the issue for review.

Once the defect has been verified, we will provide one complimentary replacement of the same item or an equivalent product at no additional cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, each order is eligible for one replacement claim only. Claims submitted after the 90-day warranty period or repeated claims for the same purchase cannot be accepted.
